SIT

I know its hard to say/think about, but I think I might be the only person in the world who is wishing for summer to go by. In exactly ONE week I will be in South Carolina cheering my man on as he graduates from BCT from Fort Jackson. I am BEYOND excited! I haven't seen him for over 10 weeks/heard from him. The only communication that we have had thus far has been through letters, and 2 short phone calls. It will be good to see him, and to  hear his voice for good! There is a facebook group of his battalion and it is very interesting/entertaining to read what people are thinking about BCT and their SIT’s. But I have been able to find a few photos of him!

These photos were taken last Saturday night. An organization called Victory Concerts puts on these concerts for soldiers who are nearing the end of there basic training. It seems like a cool thing and I cant wait to see what Jason has to say about it.

Only 6 more days til I get to see him, and I am counting down by the hour! It will be so good to be reunited with him!
